PLANNING A VISIT

Worship
We gather for worship every Sunday at 8:30am and 11am. Praise and Preparation, in which we sing a few contemporary worship songs, precedes the 11am service and begins around 10:45am.

During the Worship Service, an elder or pastor leads us through the order of worship, as found in the bulletin – be sure to grab one in order to follow along. Our singing of hymns is normally accompanied by our organist, John Cannon III.
One of our pastors then brings us a sermon. Most of the year they preach through books of the Bible, though sometimes sermons based on other texts are interspersed.
On the first Sunday of each month, following the sermon, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper.

We strive to meet the accessibility needs of our members and visitors! Among other things, we offer:

-
Wheelchair access
-
Large-print bulletins
-
Sound amplification and direct audio feed to hearing aids via T-Coil
-
Gluten-free communion bread

Please contact the church office in advance of your visit if you have additional questions.
Sunday School

Sunday School for children and adults begins at 9:40 on Sunday mornings. We offer age-appropriate classes for children age two and up, and several adult classes that change quarterly.

Nursery and Child Care
Our nursery is open during both worship services for children ages six months to three years old. In the future we expect to again offer a nursery for children up to age two during Sunday School.

We love to see families worshiping together, so we welcome children of all ages to remain with their parents throughout the worship service.

We take each child’s safety seriously. All nursery staff, teachers, and child care volunteers are up-to-date on their state-mandated background checks.
What to Wear
Dress comfortably! Many of us wear business casual attire, while others might choose suits or jeans.
