Matthew Everhard
Senior Pastor
Rev. Dr. Matthew Everhard is the senior pastor of Gospel Fellowship Presbyterian Church (PCA). He is a graduate of Malone University (BA, Bible), Ashland Theological Seminary (MA, Practical Theology), and Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando (D.MIN), where he wrote his dissertation on Jonathan Edwards' theology of joy. He is the author of several books and articles, and continues to focus his academic writings on Jonathan Edwards. Matthew and his wife Kelly are both Ohio natives, love the Great Lakes area, and now consider the beautiful rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania their permanent home. Together, they have four children, Soriah, Elijah, Simone, and Elise.
David O'Leary
Associate Pastor
David O'Leary, Associate Pastor, began attending Gospel Fellowship in 2008. After a hiatus during which he earned an M.Div. at Westminster Theological Seminary, he returned to Gospel Fellowship to complete a one-year internship in June 2014. After ordination he became Assistant Pastor at Gospel Fellowship in 2015, and since 2020 has served as Associate Pastor. David and his wife, Kelly, have three young children.
John Cannon III
Organist
John Cannon III, Organist, has appeared frequently as piano and organ recitalist in many venues around the world, including New York City, Washington, D. C., San Francisco, Portugal, Spain, Korea, India, South Africa, Zimbabwe, New Zealand and Switzerland. From 1996 through 2003, he toured with the Promise Keepers band, and from 2002 through 2012 he was organist at Heinz Memorial Chapel of the University of Pittsburgh.
Kristian Jones
Youth Director
Kristian P. Jones, Youth Director, became a member of Gospel Fellowship in 2022. He and his wife, Kiersti, are initially from Alabama. He has worked in pastoral and youth ministry for more than 12 years. Kristian is a seminarian at the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary, working on his M.Div. Kristian comes to us with a great love for the Church and our young people.
Jill Snyder
Administrative Assistant
Jill Snyder, Administrative Assistant/Treasurer, became a member of Gospel Fellowship in 1983 after spending several years attending the Christian Recreation Program. She is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a BS in Business Administration – Management. Jill started working for Gospel Fellowship in June 2007, previously working as an Insurance Premium Auditor for several years. She and her husband Jon live in Mars, PA and have three children.
