YOUTH

There are several opportunities for the youth and children of the church to fellowship together and learn more about God’s Word, both on Sunday mornings and through the week.

Sunday School

Youth Sunday school classes begins at age 2, when children are welcomed into the toddler class, and continues through senior high school. Children in the primary classes (through fifth grade) meet first in the fellowship hall for a period of singing, Scripture memory and announcements before joining their particular classes, whereas junior and senior high students go directly to their classes.

Senior High Youth Group

Our youth group provides an opportunity for the youth to gather, fellowship and dive deeper into God's Word. They meet regularly on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8 p.m. throughout the school year, and occasionally join outside events (Silver Ring Thing, Winter Jam). They also support and promote Presbytery Camps (Snow Camp, Super Summer Break) as well as other events hosted by other Presbytery churches.

Junior High Youth Group

The junior high youth group also meets from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays to encourage close relationships between the kids and to help them grow in their faith, knowledge and relationships with God. The evening includes a period of singing and a devotional (this year the focus is on a Christian worldview), as well as time for snacks, fellowship and games in the gym.

Kid's Club

Kids’ Club is for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade, held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday nights during the school year. It works to lay a foundation in God’s Word and to build friendships between the children through prayer, singing and Bible lessons. Kids’ Club provides a consistent structure and a loving environment in which children can become familiar with the Scriptures and the promises that can be theirs through Christ Jesus our Lord.
